Liberal logic, never let a good tragedy and death of innocents
Bryn Mickle
get in the way of you pushing forward your sick agenda.

Bryn Mickle the Editor of the Flint Journal went on a tirade to push the liberal agenda of gun control and confiscation.  In his warped mind he believes that there are more bad guys with guns than good guys.   Well if that is is the case, which it clearly isn't, why would you disarm the good guys?  Do you actually think you are going to disarm the bad guys?

Here is some of what Mickle wrote as an editorial in the Flint Journal.

This is the opinion of The Flint Journal News Leader Bryn Mickle.
Where was the good guy with a gun when an Uber driver shot and killed six people in Kalamazoo on Saturday night?
Where was the good guy with a gun when a mentally unstable man shot a Bay City cop Friday before turning the gun on himself?
And where are the good guys with guns when the estimated 30-some people are slain by firearms every day in America?
No where to be found. And why? Because there are more bad guys with guns doing wrong than there are civilian good guys with guns trying to stop them.
If the shooters in Kalamazoo, Bay City and Flint had been carrying Korans with them, we would hear people shouting from the mountaintops that we need to crack down on radical Islam.
 Instead, they carried pistols.
And the only thing we hear are crickets.
So how about this? An immediate ban on handgun sales until America gets its gun problem sorted out.
The Congressional Research Service estimates that there are 300 million guns already in America, according to National Public Radio. Nearly 11 million guns were manufactured in 2013 alone.
Even the gun nuts should be able to get by on 300 million guns until we find a solution to this epidemic of senseless death.
If history tells us anything, here is what will happen in the wake of the Kalamazoo death spree.
Flags will be lowered. People will shake their heads in sadness. And everyone will say it's a shame that we can't figure out a way to keep guns out of the wrong hands.
 But there is a way.
 Stop selling them.
Tell the NRA that gun sales are taking a hiatus until we get this problem solved and you better believe that the gun lobby will become part of the solution instead of a staunch advocate of the status quo.
 America is a great country.
We put a man on the moon. Invented the Internet. And even created the cellphone.
Can anyone honestly say we can't find a way to keep guns out of the wrong hands?
 Enough is enough.
We need to stop wrapping ourselves in the Second Amendment and own up to the fact that our gun problem is getting worse and will only continue to get worse until we deal with it.

Ban gun sales until we get this right.
Or eventually there won't be anyone left to ignore the problem.

Here is a question for Bryn, where was he two weeks ago when a LEGALLY carrying concealed pistol holder stopped a women from being murdered at the GM Tech Center?  The GM Tech Center woman was being brutally stabbed with a knife.  Should we put a ban on selling knives?

What about the parade attendees at a parade in Oklahoma that were brutally run over be a terrorist driving a car?  Should we ban cars?

What about when the Federal building in Oklahoma  was blown up by Timothy McVeigh?   He used fertilizer and a truck.    Should we ban fertilizer and trucks?

The facts are murderers will always find a way to murder.  I'd rather be able to protect myself from maniacs like that.  Perhaps if there weren't such a stigma about owning and carrying a gun, more good guys would have been carrying a gun that night and would have been able to stop this deranged fool.

I do find it funny that Bryn did not mention the GM Tech center incident at all.  A life was saved by a legally carrying concealed weapons holder, who also happened to be Muslim.

But hey if you are a Muslim and a gun owner you don't fit the liberal storyline so we'll just sweep that under the rug.

Man Fired For Saving Woman's Life
A valet attendant who intervened in a stabbing at the General Motors Technical Center in Warren Michigan on Wednesday says he has been fired.Didarul Sarder, an SP+ Valet Supervisor, was heading into work that morning when he heard the cry for help.He turned around and witnessed a woman being stabbed repeatedly. Didarul being a legally licensed concealed weapons hold did what his natural instincts told him to do, which was pull out the gun, point it at the person with the knife and tell them to stop or he'll shoot.Didarul's actions saved the woman's life according to Warren' Mayor Jim Fouts. How as Didarul rewarded for saving another human being, by being fired by his employer. Here is what Warren Mayor Jim Fouts said about Didarul Sarder's actions:"I would like to commend Didarul Sarder who probably saved a 52 year old woman from being murdered by quick action. Outside the GM Tech Center this morning he observed a 52 year old female repeatedly being stabbed with a kitchen knife in her back, neck, and abdomen. His quick action using a licensed hand gun on the attacker undoubtedly saved this woman's life. Had he not legally exercised his second amendment rights this woman would probably not be with us today. He is employed by a GM contracted valet service. Right after it happened someone in authority asked him off the premises because he violated company rules with a gun. That was absolutely the wrong response to this hero. However that decision was over-ruled by higher ups and he now has his job back. I hope to honor and reward this good citizen for being a hero in time of need. Hero's should be rewarded not terminated. Didarul is a resident of Warren and a resident that we can all be proud of"

  1. The editor of the Flint Journal needs a complete epistemological housecleaning of the 2nd Amendment. It seems he does not know what the term, shall not be infringed" means.
